​​​​​​Terms and Conditions for using Fairy Meadow Anglican Church's Building

  1. Arrival and Departure Time: If you have paid to use our building, you must adhere to the allocated times agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to arrive or depart within the agreed times may result in a late fee of $50 for each hour of overtime incurred.
  2. Cleaning Responsibility: You are responsible for cleaning and returning the building to its original condition. The verger will not be responsible for assisting with cleaning tasks. The verger's role is limited to opening and closing the building before and after the event. It is your responsibility to organise a team to clean the premises if necessary.

By using our building, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional fees and/or denial of future building access.

Tip: Please allocate extra time for setup and cleanup, typically an hour either side of the event.

Tip: This helps us gauge the number of people accessing the building during the event.

Please note that for all ministry-related events, whether ongoing or one-off, any promotional material (such as Sunday slides, flyers, brochures, posters, or anything posted on Facebook or on the website) must be confirmed by Sarah Norris, the Communications Coordinator. This ensures that the church branding is both correctly displayed and remains consistent across all promotional material.
